About This Course:

To be a Room Attendant for Accommodation Sector requires learning the principles and techniques of using different cleaning tools to maintain cleanliness in various locations properly and in an orderly manner. First impressions cannot be made a second time. Whether it be a hotel, a restaurant, a hospital, or an office, people always notice and remember the appearance and cleanliness of a particular locale. Therefore, attendants have the important duty of being the heart of cleaning operations and maintaining the tidiness of a location.

Objectives:

• To understand  how to maintain properly the cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• To be appreciative of general cleanliness, comfort, beauty, and safety in the workplace

• clean public areas and guest rooms
• maintain equipment within the workplace
• work in hotels and restaurants
