About This Course:
The Food Processing and Hotel Operations course teaches cooking and food and beverage service, as well as various aspects of hotel services that provide students with comprehensive skills in this line of business. Front Desk work in the hotel and restaurant sector is another important task that helps increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Objectives:

- make various types of dishes including soups, potages, grilled foods, tossed salads, sauces, stir fried foods, larb, blanched foods, sweet desserts, savoury desserts, and noodle dishes
- store food and reheat soups in accordance with health guidelines
- work in restaurants
