About This Course:

The preparation of Lao cuisine plays an important role in maintaining the cultural traditions and heritage of Lao society which can then be safeguarded for future generations. Lao cuisine is becoming more popular across the world, with foreign visitors keen to try the variety of dishes that Laos has to offer.

Objectives:

• Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
• Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
• Build students’ interpersonal skills, morals, and work ethic
