About This Course:
This Food Processing and Services course will teach students about the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with principles of hygiene and nutritional value, as well as learning about food and beverage services, which are at the heart of the restaurant business. In addition to the services and the atmosphere that will impress guests, the taste of the food and beverages must satisfy them so they return again.
Objectives:
- Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
- Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
- Build students’ interpersonal skills, morals, and work ethic

- Step 1: Purchase and complete the application form
- Step 2: Bring the supporting documents to the school to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information
- Step 3: If the documents are complete, attend the interview
- Step 4: The school will contact the Provincial Department of Education and Sports to issue an admissions letter for the selected students
