About This Course:

The Food and Beverage Production and Services course teaches how to make delicious and nutritious foods and how to mix and make different types of beverages with creativity. Food and beverage service is at the heart of the restaurant business. Apart from the quality of the service and atmosphere of a restaurant, the taste of the food and beverages is what will ensure that guests are satisfied and will return.

Objectives:
  • Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
  • Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
  • Build students’ interpersonal skills, morals, and work ethic

Policies:
  • Students who present a certification from their village stating that they come from an impoverished family will be exempt from the registration fee
  • Students that perform extra duties such as security work for the school will be exempt from tuition fees
  • Students who are injured or require surgeries will be entitled to receive other welfare benefits.

How to Apply:
  • Step 1: Purchase and fill in application form
  • Step 2: Bring documents to the school to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information
  • Step 3: If the documents are complete, they will be interviewed by way of an entrance exam or selection by writing, interview and proficiency test will be by a committee that has been formally appointed
