About This Course:

The Hotel Services course focuses on the dynamics and interaction between different hotel functions working to ensure that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly and efficiently. Students of this tourism course will have the opportunity to learn about the travel behaviours of individual and group tourists, analyse them, and apply what they have learned in a professional setting. The hotel and tourism industry is important to the socio-economic development of the country and skilled talent is needed to deliver professional services and to elevate the local industry towards global standards.

Objectives:
  • Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
  • Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
