About This Course:
Hotel Operations teaches students about the dynamics of the hotel business: how the various departments in the hotel interact to ensure that all aspects of Hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently. The hospitality service industry is important to the socio-economic development of the country and skilled talent is needed to deliver professional services and to elevate the industry towards global standards.
Objectives:
- Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
- Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
