About This Course:

The Food and Beverage Production Services course teaches how to make delicious and nutritious foods and how to mix and make different types of beverages with creativity. Food and beverage service is at the heart of the restaurant business. Apart from the quality of the service and atmosphere of a restaurant, the taste of the food and beverages is what will ensure that guests are satisfied and will return.

Objectives:
  • Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
  • Provide students with encouragement to be creative, solve problems, and able to perform professional tasks at the level they have completed
  • Build students’ interpersonal skills, morals, and work ethic

How to Apply:
  • Step 1: Purchase the application form from the registration counter
  • Step 2: Submit the written application form to apply for the test and interview to the committee responsible, then the committee will issue an examination admission card interview by your chosen field of study
  • Step 3: Conduct examinations or interviews in the fields of study in accordance with the regulations of the University
