About This Course:
The Food and Beverage Production and Services course teaches how to make delicious and nutritious foods and how to mix and make different types of beverages with creativity. Food and beverage service is at the heart of the restaurant business. Apart from the quality of the service and atmosphere of a restaurant, the taste of the food and beverages is what will ensure that guests are satisfied and will return.
Objectives:
- Provide students with knowledge, skills and experience in line with professional standards in order to carry out professional work effectively to suit the needs of the labour market
